WOMEN'S SEASIDE ESCAPE MINI-RETREATS:
Ladies- Need an escape to the beach? A time to slow down, wiggle your toes in the sand and bask in the warmth of God's presence? Join us at Seaside Escape at New Life Church. We are offering a series of beach themed mini retreats you won't want to miss! The retreats can build on each other or stand alone. Come to one, some or all. Invite a friend ot two to join you. Located in the Re-Creation Center.

"Faith Moves" is an affinity group for women sharing a common interest in fitness for body and soul. It's open to all adult women and their friends. Let's face it..sometimes it's just alot more fun to do this together and be encouraged, wherever we are at!
We will have different forms of exercise offerings throughout the year that will be basic and varied. This opportunity is available to all women regardless of fitness level or ability. Most importantly it will have a focus on God and be a supportive and fun time together. Come to one, some, or all! Please note: Facilitators are volunteers only and not professional trainers. All women attendees are responsible for their own good judgment on what type and level of exercise is healthy and safe for them.
