A Landscaping Ministry

The goal: to give glory to God as He is revealed in nature through gardening and landscaping.

• This ministry is open to all who are called to creative expression through garden design, building garden structures, sinking your hands into rich soil, planting, digging, care of gardens and landscapes and just plain working up a good sweat! No experience needed, just a desire to "grow"!
• General landscaping of the church grounds and Prayer Garden are current areas of focus with an emphasis on creating a sacred space to meditate and pray for our church and the larger community. A walking labyrinth prayer tool is also part of our Prayer Garden.
• Team will meet as needed with more input needed during Spring planting time!

NEW LIFE GARDENING GROUP: Meets at New Life every Wednesday night 6pm-8pm to explore a spiritual theme of gardening, share garden tips and help spruce up the New Life Landscape.  No experience needed and everyone is welcome to attend when they can.  Questions?  Contact Kelly Welter at kellytwelter@gmail.com.

CONTAINER GARDENING WORKSHOP
MAY 19TH, 6:00PM-8:00PM   "THRILLERS, SPILLERS AND FILLERS!"
Learn how to design a sun or shade plant container and even create a planter to take home if you'd like.  Class is free.  For those wanting to make a planter to keep there is a $35.00 materials fee.  Facilitated by Botanist and Plantwoman Kelly Welter.  Sign up on line or in the bulletin.
