Led by Laura McNeill, this yoga class will help you gain more focus, calm and joy. Laura’s teaching style is infused with positive energy, honesty, and inspirational flow. Students are taught to focus inward, listen and to develop trust for their bodies. As we utilize our breath to move through physical poses, we allow ourselves to focus on the moment, clear away the clutter in our minds and bodies, and open up more space for God to move within us. Laura believes that Yoga is for everyBODY and facilitates students to find their comfort level within each pose. She welcomes you to join her. Bring a mat if you have one! (We’ll have some extra for folks to borrow) $5-$10/session. Sign up by contacting the Church office at 223-9337.

Twelve Women of the Bible: A DVD Study: Life-Changing Stories for Women Today
Lysa TerKeurst and five other authors collect and study the stories of twelve women in the Bible, in this twelve-session, video-based Bible study. By looking at the spiritual lessons learned from these women in a modern light, you will be empowered to face trials in your own life. In Twelve Women of the Bible, you will learn about the triumphs and challenges of Mary Magdalene, Rebekah, Hannah, and nine other women. Study their lives and discover how to apply biblical lessons to their own modern-day struggles: Live through their failures as well as successes, draw near to God in a world filled with trials, find lasting contentment, overcome rejection and insecurity and much more. This fresh look at the women in the Bible helps women discover new insights and provides a powerful witness to God’s gracious love that will leave you feeling challenged, encouraged, and deeply valued.
Come join us for this informal 12 session DVD gathering. Be part of a safe, relaxed and supportive setting of women like yourself longing for more. Can’t make every session? Come to the ones you can! Be sure to bring a friend!
