As you’re doing your spring cleaning, realize that it’s never too early to start saving your items for the New Life Church Super Sale.
The sale will again be two days this year. It will be held in New Life’s ReCreation Center.
Last year’s sale was a huge success and we are already generating lots of ideas for this year given our expanded space.
If you are interested in helping plan for the big event, please contact one of the chairpersons, Nancy Schmidt, Paula & Erik Severson or Terri Beck-Engel, as we are currently recruiting for team leaders for various activities, such as set up, food, and welcome. We will be having periodic meetings with the team leaders between now and the Super Sale. Volunteer sign-up sheets will also be available in the upcoming months.
When we worship or pray with focus and intensity, our souls are opened, connected to, and empowered by God. In worship and prayer, God’s Spirit of Holiness is given the space to become alive through us. Through worship and prayer, we are given profound spiritual capacity to not only make a difference for ourselves in faithfulness, but to impact others in bold and powerful ways. We are even invited into the miraculous space for health, holiness, and healing.
We will come together every few months to focus ourselves in prayer and worship of God. We anticipate that the spiritual energy produced, as we honor and praise God, will be more than enough for us. As followers of Jesus, we know that we have the incredible capacity to have the power go out of us as well. Our desire is to give it away.
Check back for dates of our next event!
Invite your neighbors, friends, and family members to come.
Our prayers of sacrifice, as we worship our God, do make a difference. Let’s make the difference together!
KidZone offers our younger children a space where they can explore the world that God has given them and to build friendships. While we support families worshiping together we also want parents to be able to actively worship and participate in other opportunities that are offered on Sunday mornings. We are located in the education wing (classroom B-to the left of the hall). We welcome children ages 3 and under during 9:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Sunday Worships.
If you have any questions or special circumstances can be directed to Gail Kriel at 608-206-3156 or email. Please also let us know if you are available to be a caregiver!
Is this your first visit? Or have you been visiting for months and want to know more about New Life? This gathering for men is facilitated by Doug Nelson. This group focuses on healthy lifestyles and spiritual vitality. Its design is to take a comprehensive step into our true masculine design. If you wonder about success and being good enough, if you are challenged by a big issue or concern, if you’re threatened by a compulsive behavior or addiction, or if you’re curious where God really fits into your life, then this might just be the gathering for you.
This is a group of men who meet to talk about living healthy lives and how God can really be involved. It’s not a 12-step, recovery, or therapy group. In strict confidentiality, they talk, listen, pray, grow, and encourage each other to become who God created them to be by living God-informed and God-filled lives.
In “Stanchion” there is no negative judgment or condescension. Instead, there is an openness to possibilities and encouragement for life’s journey.
For questions call Doug Nelson at 239-8935. Register online. Invite a friend.
